Edward Charles Institute (ECI) is a boutique investment banking firm dealing with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the nonprofit sector; we represent some very influential charities nationwide. While we do not finance or broker deals, we conduct market and industry research, and make introductions to organizations that are looking to engage in strategic partnerships. Our Board of Advisors includes prominent members of the philanthropic community, with a combined experience of over one-hundred (100) years in the non profit sector.
