Promise
We will strive to understand, and, empathize with the goals with all parties to the process and attempt to achieve winnable goals that result in the promotion of everyone's happiness and most importantly the charitable class of person(s) to be helped.
The Process
Our process is to identify, understand and analyze market conditions, both on a macro and micro level to help interested parties understand specific opportunities for dissolution, collaboration, merger and acquisition.
As your advocates, we will communicate such opportunities in a manner in which the decision-maker can make the most expedient and valued decision. This in turn will ultimately result in the best course of action for the nonprofit organization(s).
As your representative we attempt to minimize the opportunity for failure during and after the agreement is closed, especially if the combined organizations are expected to operate as a cohesive group with little preparation for integration.
Merger or acquisition creates lots of uncertainty and anxiety in the minds of people at all levels in the acquired and acquirer organizations. We are objective ambassadors to mediate anxieties throughout the acquisition process.
